Amritsar Swadeshi Textile Corp. Pvt. Ltd., Garment division has two factories totally covering an area of more than 50000 Sq.ft. with all the in-house infrastructure for making garments of high quality standards. Following are our infrastructure details.

Pattern Making and Sampling
There are two experienced pattern makers who can make patterns of the basic to highly constructed garments for all genders / age group and for the production patterns use LECTRA Cad system. Further we have a team of experienced 20 tailors to make all kinds of garment samples. Our per month capacity in this section is more than 50 new patterns and 2000 sample garments.

Cutting Department
We have 4 Lay tables, 3 cutting machines, 1 Band knife and 1 Fusing machine with a team of 30 people headed by experienced Cutting Manager who can cut 2000 pcs per day.

Sewing Line
We have 8 batches having 350 machines which included all requisite special machine viz. Automatic loop making / attaching, Patch pocket creasing and setting, Welt pocket machine, design stitch AMS machine, Automatic waist band unit, Automatic feed of arm machine and Automatic hemming machine. Also included are latest models of double needle lock stitch machine and Automatic bartack machine.

A team of 450 workers is led by Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager, 2 Floor In chargers, and efficient batch supervisors. Depending on style, an average production of 1600-2000 pcs are stitched per day.

Washing Unit
Our washing units consists of 1 boiler for steam, 2 washing machines, 1 Hydro Extractor, 2 Dryers and an ETP unit [approved by Pollution Control Board] to take care of effluent discharge. An expert Washing Manager with a team of 5 members can do almost 60 types of washes viz. Stone, Enzyme, Softener, etc. We also do Pigment / Reactive colors garment Over Dyeing in our washing unit. The capacity is about 1000-2000 garments per day depending on the kind of wash / over dyeing.

Finishing Department
We have provided the maximum available space [8000 sq.ft.area] for this department. All the requisite machine like Button hole, Eyelet, Snap attaching and Thread sucking machines are with us. We have 1 stand by boiler for steam, 12 iron tables, 3 folding tables, 2 trouser toppers and 1 multi form for pressing  / finishing. A team of 80 members led by 2 experienced Finishing Managers are able to finish 2000 garments per day.

Q.A. Department
We follow JC penny system of Q.A. management within the company. Our Q.A. manager with his team of 12 peoples heads this department independent of the production department. Each aspect of the production process is independently checked by the Q.A. team. We also provide Q.A. reports of the final audit of garments to our customers on request.
